Part 1 (of 5):

Why Is Life So Painful and Full Of Struggle?

“Pain’s an Old Friend!”
- Doctor Strange (2016)

Empty Life

Be it you or someone else.

Be it Poor living on streets or an Elite living in a Billion Dollar Mansion.

Be it small as an Ant or as big as a Dinosaur.

A Baby that's just been born or an Old Person on deathbed.

A Human Being or a Dog living on streets or a Lion living in a jungle.

A Heartbroken Romantic or a Rejected Soul.

An Honest one who lived by principles or a Cunning one who broke all the morals and rules.

The Sober One in his home or the Drunk One lying on the streets.

The One who has just started and the One who has Made It.

Be it Gods in mythology or the Fallen Angels.

Or be it Ruthless Emperors or Great Contributors in the books of history …

I don't think anyone who ever existed on this planet has ever been spared from pain.

And not just any pain..

But that unbearable pain that dwells and possesses you from inside like a ghost that no one can see but only you experience.

No matter how hard you try to distract yourself with social meetups, late night hang outs, movies, music or social media, or even hitting the gym, the moment you’re left alone from the dark abyss inside you it just erupts.

Like there's no end to it.

Even if things are going right around you, when everything feels perfectly in place as of now, the pain just won't let you go.

Like a big hole created in your heart that just keeps screaming for something unknown…

Like something fundamental and something big is missing even when everything's good outside nothing could plug this damn hole …

An Emotional pain with no end to it.

This uncertainty of what will go wrong based on what has already gone wrong. Or the insatiable desire to do something but couldn't do due to problems and situations.

Well..we are all victims of the Eternal Laws of Life.

In other words – "Welcome to the Game called Life!"

And No.. you didn't buy your way in to play this game.

You were somehow dropped in this game without even knowing why and what for.

Well think of this as a real life version of Squid Games where there's no Guns involved and yet ‘The Dreadful Pain’ can come from all sides and in any form to haunt you wherever you are.

WHY IS LIFE SO UNFAIR?!!!

You’re not the only one my friend who screamed at the top of your voice at one time in your Life.

Some are secretly screaming inside their heads like they're about to implode but no one can hear it.

But this begs the most important question: Do We Even Have A Choice?

And …

Is there anything such a freewill or we’re just a fixed life since Day 1?

Let's just tackle the first question for now.

Well the answer is both YES and NO.

How's that possible? Well… hear me out…

NO, we don't have a Choice – what life really throws at us. What situations we drop into, we have really no control.

Let that sink in.

Because theoretically people know this. But they keep rejecting this when actually they get caught up in a situation they don't like.

So there's that.

And Second – YES we do have a Choice about How We Feel and Perceive that situation.

BUT…yes there's a big BUT in this…

The more important question is…

Can we actually Execute this Choice of How We Feel and Perceive when it's actually needed?

Just answer this honestly to yourself.

Are you actually capable enough to Execute this Choice of How To Feel and Perceive especially when things went totally against you?

If the answer is Yes, you don't even need to read this further and you can go on your merry way.

But if the Answer is NO, well then you know something deep down should be fixed to prepare for this life better.

Well think of this…

How about there was a SWITCH that if you could turn it ON/OFF inside your mind and your whole body and mind just drowns into Ecstasy and Bliss than what people ever experienced in their life?

Consider these 2 scenarios:

Ambitious Life

Scenario #1…

Let's say you want to do something in life. And for that thing or goal or ambition there's a big psychological and emotional price to pay for years to come to get there.

You know you have to put enough effort way beyond your current capacity and stress is going to be cut-throat with all emotional and psychological mountainous baggage and all that you have to handle till you reach that goal. Where every moment feels like Death and staring into a dark abyss!

But what if there was a Switch in your mind that just turns ON and suddenly you are drowned into otherworldly Ecstasy which relaxes and soothes your Mind, Body and Emotions and all the brain and body killing stress just melts away?

If this was the case every 30 minutes you would drown in this ocean of ecstasy within yourself and get back to that ambitious project or work that you wanted to do and is necessary and you would be an unstoppable force reaching your goals even if they look way far enough right now.

What's unattainable and looks unrealistic may one day in this life may become your Ultimate Reality. There are many famous personalities that took 10-15 years, some even took 30-40 years to achieve their goals, and they did it.

From Top Entrepreneurs to Famous Celebrities in the World, Athletes or Top Performers in their respective fields, you know they nailed it.

It took them a lot of Time and Effort beyond their original capacity when they started yet they Nailed It.

Now consider this…

Normal & Adventurous Life

Scenario #2…

You want to live a normal, simple but adventurous and joyful life.

You don't want anything fancy, you don't have a dream of being the top performer or this or that.

You just want to enjoy the essence of this life but not in Fear, Anxiety, Stress or Depression or the constant feeling of uncertainty that you're dying inside.

But whenever some negative stuff like that above happens you just Turn ON that that Switch inside your mind and you drown into Ecstasy inside you…

Washing away all that has built up inside you because of reactions to outer situations leaving you totally light like a feather with no scratches and wounds of life on you.

Just a ON/OFF Switch and that's it, you have a soft cushion that life has given when things get tough you just fall back for 2-3 minutes, drown in it and again get back on your 2 legs enjoying new things.

Does such a thing even exist? Yes it does.

Speaking in terms of Yoga, Meditation and Spirituality it does.

And it's extremely real. As real as it can get. I am speaking this from my personal experience.

The only thing is you should know where and what this Switch is.

Which I am going to reveal to you in a minute…
